SGA Students Attend First ASCBC General Assembly of the Year!

It feels good to be back! Three of our SGA members from last school year attended the ASCBC General Assembly. Immediately they were greeted with warm smiles, and they were all excited to mingle and catch up with SGA members across the district of Baltimore. The assembly focused on one but huge task- Deciding which issues the ASCBC would prioritize for the school year on behalf of all City Schools. Commodore's SGA represented our school community by pushing the following top issues:

1. Healthy and Tasty Food Options

2. A Better School Choice Process

3. Improving Mental Health Resources

4. More Robust Class Options (AP, IB, Honors, and Electives)
