MASC Ocean City Conference

Commodore's SGA showed out at the 2023 MASC Conference. Not only did our representatives have the opportunity to connect with students and schools throughout the district of Baltimore, but also throughout the state of Maryland! The main goal at the conference was for our representatives to vote and appoint MASC's officers based on the issues important to them and their constituents.

Despite much work that needed to be done at the General Assemblies and various student led trainings, there was also plenty of play. Our representatives had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beach which Ocean City has to offer. They also had the opportunity to enjoy multiple fun rooms which included activities such as karaoke, arts and crafts, movies, and more. In between the canvassing leading up to the elections, they also enjoyed the Tei Street's amazing motivational speech and presentation which was powerful and inspirational.

Shoutout to our representative, Laura Lopez-Xochicale for her award on being an outstanding leader as an SGA representative in the district of Baltimore City Public Schools! Congratulations!
