It's Election Time Once Again!

On Friday October 13th, hundreds of Commodore students casted their ballots and took their vote on our impressive roundup of SGA candidates this year! It was an exhilarating day as we watched the results slowly come in and saw the candidates as well as constituents all giddy with anticipation. Here was the complete list of SGA candidates running for our top offices:

Presidential Candidates:

1. Kevin Diggs, 8th grade

2. Lola Jones-Carter, 8th grade

Vice Presidential Candidates:

1. Trinity Davis, 7th grade

2. Laura Lopez-Xochicale, 6th grade

Secretary Candidates:

1. Kacen Alsup, 6th grade

2. Harrison Brandon, 7th grade

3. Kellsey Jones, 7th grade

4. Saniyah Kirkland, 6th grade

5. Madison Hope, 8th grade

Although everyone would like to hear results as quickly as possible, they'll have to wait until Monday October 23rd. This will allow current SGA advisors, Ms. Kaba and Ms. Palomares to deliberate on SGA candidates who did not run for an elected position, yet ran for one of our SGA Teams- The Communications and Inclusion Team, Treasury Team, and Safety Patrol Team. The current SGA Team candidates are as follows:
